Styloctenium Mindorensis is a native family of fruit bats only found in Mindoro, especially in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, here derived from the name of the magnificent lake in the province called Panikian Lake. Panikian Lake is the best place for your picnics, picture takings, canoeing, fishing, bird watching, food trips, and more. It is located at Barangay San Agustin, Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, it is 39 kilometers or 40-minute ride from the Grand Terminal of Sablayan. Even though it is a bit far from the town of Sablayan itself, the beautiful mountains of Mindoro, the farmlands, and the beautiful and vibrant trees of Acacia are fascinating to see along the way.
